Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. Digital and Custom Prints (Posters, Frames, and Canvas Prints):
  • Non-returnable and non-refundable: These are personalized and made-to-order items.
  • Refund or replacement will only be provided if:
    • The product is damaged during delivery.
    • The incorrect product was sent.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to validate the claim.
  1. Personalized Frames and Canvas Prints:
  • Personalized products are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
  • Replacement requests will be accepted if:
    • The product is damaged during delivery.
    • The wrong item was sent.
  1. Handicraft Décor Items:
  • Eligible for return, refund, or replacement if:
    • The product is damaged during delivery.
    • The incorrect product was sent.

Important Note: Returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size or color selection, or other subjective preferences.

Return and Cancellation Process
