- Create an unboxing video immediately to verify the condition of the product.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Digital and Custom Prints (Posters, Frames, and Canvas Prints):
- Non-returnable and non-refundable: These are personalized and made-to-order items.
- Refund or replacement will only be provided if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The incorrect product was sent.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to validate the claim.
- Personalized Frames and Canvas Prints:
- Personalized products are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
- Replacement requests will be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong item was sent.
- Handicraft Décor Items:
- Eligible for return, refund, or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The incorrect product was sent.
Important Note: Returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size or color selection, or other subjective preferences.
Return and Cancellation Process
- Order Cancellation:
- Contact us within 2 hours of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
